Each of our guest rooms has a microwave oven and complementary coffee, tea and hot chocolate. There are no TV’s but we do have WiFi. There is a guest lounge and a dining room as well as a patio. A large master bath is between the guests. A concierge service is available to assist guests with their vacation plans. Package deals will be available.

A credit card number is required to confirm a reservation. A $35.00 cancellation fee will be charged if reservations are cancelled 7 days or more before arrival date. If cancelled inside of 7 days a one nights stay will be charged. Cancellations of 24 hours or less are charged for the full stay as requested, so Please, only reserve the days you will need. No shows and early departures will be charged the full reservation.
Check out is 11:00AM and check in is between 2PM and 6PM. If you will arrive after 6 PM please give us a call. The office hours are 8:30AM till 9:00PM.
We accept children, ages 8 and older
A $100.00 surcharge if evidence of smoking or use of candles in the room
Rates do not iinclude the 6% Florida and the 3% St. John’s county tax
We do request a 2 night stay on weekends and a 3 nights stay on some Holiday weekends
All rates are single or double occupancy
All holidays (including Valentine’s Day) and the 2 weeks of Christmas ’til New Years are weekend rates.

Sorry, NO pets allowed.
